Available Positions

The Objectives:

  • Assist the senior DBAs to perform daily routine tasks.
  • Remote in and check all the enrolled database servers on daily basis.
  • Evaluate the database servers against the best practice and metrics check-list.
  • Inform senior DBA of any detected error messages or issues.
  • Learn from senior DBAs on how to rectify basic to intermediate issues.
  • Respond to a customer inquiry with the assistance of senior DBA.
  • Get certified by passing related Microsoft exams.
  • Accelerate for career level up.

Technical Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of computer science/language such as C#, pyton, C++, TSQL.
  • Familiar with SQL Server environments such as management studio and other related tools ie. SQL profiler and performance monitor.
  • Basic programming knowledge and analytical thinking by applying computer algorithms.

Qualification:

  • Diploma in computer science with minimum 3 years latest industry experience or Bachelor Degree in computer science with minimum 2≤ years latest industry experience.
  • Microsoft SQL Server certification is a plus.
  • English: Advance. High professional proficiency (Both speaking and writing).
  • Bahasa Malaysia: Upper Intermediate (Both speaking and writing)

Personality Requirements:

  • Eager to learn and do self-study.
  • Having a positive attitude and ethos.
  • Taking ownership of work and finishing up the task on-time.

Working Environment & Hours:

  • Location is in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
  • Working from home during first 3 month and office thereafter (subject to Management decision).
  • Normal working hours 9am – 6pm.
  • Willing to work beyond normal hour and day when necessary.

  • Engage with client to discuss concerns and answer client's questions.
  • Keep client aware of product and service updates.
  • Schedule workshop or training for clients.
  • Collaborate with technical team to address customer needs.
  • Keep accurate report of each client's interaction with technical team.
  • Prepare, circulate and collect the customer survey time-to-time basis.
  • Collect client testimonials after the project or critical support engagement.
  • Prepare online event invitation content and registration process.
  • Accelerate for career level up.

Technical Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Power Point, Word, Excel, Forms and Outlook.

Qualification:

  • Diploma in computer science with minimum 3 years latest industry experience or Bachelor Degree in computer science with minimum 2 years latest industry experience.
  • Advance communication and good organization skills.
  • English: Advance. High professional proficiency (Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing).
  • Bahasa Malaysia: Upper Intermediate (Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing)
  • Exposure in Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.
